vista media center v.problem

the only real problem ive had with vista so far is media center - there's some glitch going on where there's a weird line going diagonally across the window.

happens when it's windowed or fullscreen

does not happen at all in windows or any other input on the screen.

does not happen when media center is playing a video

i get the same problem here, im going with shitty drivers being the problem

try checking if there are some NON critical windows updates for media center? last version (based on xp) had an "update rollup 2" that fixed alot of issues.

also try powerdvd ver 6 or later, then try reinstalling video card drivers

yea i have that problem for 2 seconds but then i close and re open the program. works fine after that.

It's almost certainly a problem with video card drivers. Both ATI, and especially nVidia have really bad Vista drivers even though they had months to get them ready.
