Hi,

I've just installed Vista (dual-booting) and I've got a slight problem. I've installed the drivers for my graphics card and monitor (ensuring that they are the ones for Vista 32bit - my version), but the text on the Internet and on the desktop doesn't look quite as rich as it does in XP. I've seen this problem before in XP, so I assume I'm missing something or there's an option I need to change.

The graphics are fine in XP, but in Vista they're kinda grainy. I'm using 32bit colours and I'm running at 1440x900 resolution on both OS's. Any ideas what to do?

Is it possibly the default font type you are using? Tahoma versus Times New Romans or Courier makes a difference in appearance.
