Visiting Canada And Need Health Answers!?

I need to see a doctor due to what I think is a Bladder Infection but not sure if that's what it really is.. I have had it for about 1 week and it burns when I urinate but then burns when I sit down normally... I have had a past of an STD * Chlamydia* and I had a bladder infection then.. I just wanna get better and enjoy my stay here.. I have 5 more months! I do have American health insurance but not sure if it will cover me up here.. I have no money just parents to help me out but yeah I dont know what to do is there anyone that can help me?? Is there a way to get insurance up here or how much it would cost to see a physician??
