viruses, bacteria, or other that mostly strike at night?

hey all. i have posted in general health before, and have had some great responses. i have since had a few weeks to investigate my symptoms and test some treatments. many have suggested lyme, candida, and simple stress/anxiety. maybe the new information below can open up new possibilities, or focus in on existing ones...

backstory, in short:
2 months ago at work (around 4-7pm), i began to experience the following symptoms - which have remained very consistent with varied levels of intensity. they came on all at once, very suddenly.

mild headache
shortness of breath, tightness in chest.
brain fog, loss of focus, feeling of disconnect, fuzziness/haze
aches/tenseness in neck, back and shoulders.
odd sensation in legs that make me fidget, and move about.

but here is where i'd like to direct the questioning... can anyone lend any insight as to why my symptoms grow worse during the evening? i find that i feel best in the morning (but still not 100%), and as the day goes i the brain fog comes on - and by 6-7pm i am in a constant haze until the end of the night. along with the haze i feel the odd sensation in my legs, tightness in neck and shoulders, inability to focus, and some minor breathing issues.

its just strange that come 6-7pm, my symptoms are at their worst. like clockwork.

i have read that threadworms are known to become active at night. im not suggesting that i have threadworms, but perhaps there are other known bacteria or viruses that are more likely to cause havoc at night.

thanks for lookin, i would appreciate any feedback. it has been exhausting just typing this up!

sleep is the most peaceful part of my life, at the moment. no restlessness, no sweating. i sleep all throughout the next except for having to use the restroom

Any correlation to when you eat breakfast? lunch? dinner? Have lattes? In other words, what else do you do at the same time each 24/7 that may influence your symptoms...

I woke up at 1:30 every morning for 18 months only to realize, after the fact, that it was due to the water pill I took with my breakfast almost 18 hours before...

no lattes, nothing unusual. thats why i had to bring this up.... because the only thing thats consistent is that i begin to feel like crap at night.

What is happening at work-are you involved in any stressful project? Is there a deadline looming that you may not make? Are you learning a new job? Is the recent economy woes threatning your retirement?

You seem to be sleeping well and feeling fine until the end of the day. That is why I am asking about possible job stess. I know that I begin to feel really bad when I am trying to deal with job stresses.
