I am looking for a virtual reloadable visa giftcard that I can send to my friend by e-mail. So basically, its an online credit card.
I tried to get a giftAccount here which is exactly what I want but it doesn't work and I don't have time to wait: www.simon.com.

Can I use giftcards.com with a virtual card, not a plastic one? If so, where do I go from the homepage, please help. Thanks!
