Virgin Mobile vs Walmart Family Mobile

I currently have Virgin Mobile and I pay the $25 unlimited and my wife usually pay $20-30. The phones are okay, but nothing now i am willing to upgrade to at the moment. With Walmart family mobile, as an associate, I can get it for $50 for two. The up front cost (new phones, maybe a sim card) would be upwards of $300, but a permanent cost of $50 for unlimited mobile and text. I would probably need to add their web pack for about $10 for web and picture text, but another advantage would be the coverage. You all know Sprints coverage on VM, but it seems TM area would be better. I live in SW Minnesota and VM doesn't go past Sioux falls, so its worthless in South Dakota. TM looks like it covers all of I 90. Also all the way up to Fargo, ND. Any advice.

It looks like roaming so I would verify that WFM can roam, not sure.. it is reflected on the walmart website so I guess it does.

With it being GSM you have plenty of phone options, used on eBay and local classifieds will save you a bundle on a nice phone.

Virgin mobile has great phones like the Triumph and Optimus V... with more on the way.

you simply cannot beat the $35 a month UNLIMITED plan. I'm grandfathered in on the $25 plan.
