Virgin mobile Phone error?

Well, here's the situation, i've had this phone since 07, its a Marbl and it got disabled, and now i activated it again and put minutes on it, and virgin mobile said they would text me but they haven't texted me, and its been about 2 hours.
Info:
Plan: No annual Contract pay as you go
i have a phone number. and activated (not saying)
and dont tell me to contact customer service. i'll do that in the morning tomorrow.
