Hi, I am having problems with Virgin again! first my internet connection was gone for a wk ahd to get an engineer out to replace my moden and now my cable box isn't working..I've tried unplugging it several times but it just doesn't seem to load up..now and again it will come up error and a number or H something 0..do I need an engineer out again? anyone else fed up with virgin?? I'm so tempted to just get it all taken out..
