I know that quitting smoking is hard, and yes the benefits outweigh the consequences of continuing smoking. however, i am having some of the most horrible mood swings, i have proceeded to break things and become extremely agitated, yeah, im a bad ass. has anyone found anything helpful? i am exercising daily, i take walks to try to calm myself, but i still cannot seem to keep it cool when something goes awry at home. i know i sound crazy, or at least like someone you would prefer not to meet in person, but i am desperate. my doctor won't prescribe anything, he says it will pass. my friends and family however want to commit me, yikes. yeah, no joke, any help would be great. and yes, i am using the patch, but damn if i could try to sleep this through another month id be great.
