I called the cops because this girl was harrassing me and my boyfriend. He just got out of jail, the cop asked if he lived here and I told him no he just got out of jail and is visiting me and his son. He does not live here due to I am on Section 8, and he is not on that with me. Now 3 days later my boyfriend gets a ticket from the police station for Violation of Housing Occ standards and not on the lease. What is the police station trying to get him for?
He is trying to get help from social services to get a place to stay. He really does not stay here. I am now worried I am going to lose my Section 8 because of this ticket thing. When the cop mailed it he mailed it to my house which I don't get because I told the cop he does not stay here, he is presumed homeless.
