Someone has been arrested and found guilty of grand theft (3rd degree) and two counts of traffic stolen property and two counts of fraud (2nd degree) This person now has violated probation twice within the first few months. What will happen at their court date? Is it likely their will be jail time? How many times do you have to violate probation? I hope this person goes to Jail as this person is just a rotten person.
