Violated probation by moving out of state without notifying my probation

officer first & have a week to return? I left the state of California while on probation without notifying my probation officer first and am not allowed to leave the state or county whatsoever without permission first. I moved here to Illinois hoping they would transfer my case if I just called but instead was given a week to return to California before they issue a felony warrant. I am a single parent of one child and need to know what will happen when I return, what are the consequences and what will happen to my daughter if they lock me up? Will they let me transfer my probation case after leaving state without permission, will they consider me a flight risk? I have everything I need here in Illinois, a job & a permanent home away from my abusive ex who has tried multiple times to kill me and my family or whomever I live with.

Go back to california for like a week, deal with whatever the consequences of leaving are and try to get your case transfered to illinois. If you are locked up which is highly probable, your daughter will be placed in Defax or however you spell it which is custody of the state.
