Vintage, pink vase. Coated with almost plastic covering, "etched" with

flowers. What is it called? Found among my deceased 95 yr old grandmother's things. at first touch it feels plastic but is clear glass under the coating. Don't plan to sell it, but would like to know more, value, age, etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
