I can tell that it is the balloon style but it is a smaller frame than most. The frame is nice and thick. It has 20" tires that say Capri. The hand grips are Hunt Wilde. It has New Departure hubs model D on the rear and model W on the front. Serial number located under crank. C68465 There was no serial number anywhere else that I could find. The frame looks that it used to be blue with white fancy pinstripe designs.
