Vintage 80's Lotus Eclair Bike for $80. Good deal?

I've been looking for a nice road bike for a long time and I don't want anything serious I just want an improvement for long distance (20+) mile trips from my schwinn mountain bike. In other words... I want to spend as little as possible on a bike solely because it is a road bike. Not because its amazing or for racing. Is this a good deal? Will it fall apart on me first time? Can I upgrade it little by little? Trusted brand? Blah blah fill me in please. Thank you!

I already emailed them about size. I am 5'3" so from what you know what would best suit me cm and inch wise? I'm not quite sure how it works.
 
They don't even state what size it is. Fit is the most important thing.

EDIT;
You want a inch or two clearance when you stand over the bike. Take your inseam X .65 for inch frame size and multiply it times 2.54 to get the cm. The frame is measured from the center of the crank to the top of the tube where the seat clamp is. Stand over height is from the ground to the center of the top tube.
