I know alot of villains without redemptive qualities that are just plain EVIL,
Megatron(Every Transformers series) - The greatest evilest/megalomanical Decepticon leader who's just downright evil for his actions & bashing on poor Starscream as well.
The masked mouse(Porky & Sylvester) - That rotten little rat was so nasty for hurting poor Sylvester at the end.
Claire/Goody Two Shoes(Beetlejuice) - They're the most evilest villains which that annoying, stuck-up brat Claire bashing on poor Beetlejuice/Lydia needs a severe beating.
Percy/Guy(Doug) - Those two are Doug's greatest worst enemies with no redeemable qualities which I love them, but Percy is the biggest, meanest, nastiest bully worse than Roger/Judy for wanting to hurt poor Doug who's one of the great baddest bullies ever

Miss Carol/Susie's agent/Rex Pester/Coco LaBouche(The Rugrats/All Grown Up/First Movie/In Paris) - Ugh, those four were horrible gigantic jerkoffs worse than Angelica for their nasty actions, but their comeuppances were awesome, except for Susie's agent who got away with it by taking away her money, grrrrr.
The nasty kitten(Taz-Mania) - That psycho little beast was really nasty for poor Taz, I so got nightmares from that episode!!!!!
Taurus Bulba/Negaduck/Darkwarrior Duck/Nega-Duck(Darkwing Duck) - Man, they're the most awesome evilest supervillains ever for their megalomanical actions while Negaduck is the greatest psychopathic supervillain ever, hehehe.
Invader Zim(Invader ZIM) - He has no good in him which he's plain evil & also an anti-hero for beating other villains that get in his way.I so feel sorry for him at times when he fails at conquering Earth.
Admiral Zhao/Firelord Ozai/Princess Azula/Long Feng/Combustion Man(Avatar:The Last Airbender) - All of those villains are plain evil/ruthless/sadistic for their actions & yet they are the greatest evilest villains ever, but I'm glad Admiral Zhao died & I'm sad Combustion Man died since he was an awesome evilest Firebender assassin villain.
Tlaloc/Zaria/Blod & Bleeta/Chief Zogsnob & Chief Tina-Tina(Tak & the Power of Juju) - Tlaloc was so awesome for his pure evilness, but those other villains that are annoying, snobby jerks get on my nerves for bashing on poor Tak & company, but their comeuppances so rock.
Sentinel Prime/The Angry Archer/Nanosec/Meltdown/Prof.Princess/Headmaster/Slo-Mo/Porter C. Powell/Dirt Boss(Transformers:Animated) - I love Nanosec, Meltdown, Slo-Mo, & Dirt Boss, but those other villains were just so awful/sadistic especially Sentinel Prime for his nasty/horrible behavior throughout the series
.I'm a little disappointed that Sentinel didn't got a major beating in the season 3 finale, but at least he got his trashings along with Powell's comeuppances as well in the previous episodes though.
Vincent Vladislav Argost/Shoji Fuzen/Dr.Arthur Beeman/Pietro "Piecemeal" Maltese/Agent Epsilon/The Mondays/Eterno/Dr.Lancaster's evil scientist colleague/Rani Nagi/Abby(The Secret Saturdays) - All of those villains are awesome & really evil/ruthless/sadistic for their actions & even Dr.Arthur Beeman going rogue pursuing poor Zak totally shocked me as well along with Argost turning out to be the yeti that murdered Drew/Doyle's parents.
Queen Beryl/The Wiseman(Sailormoon) - Those two scary villains were just the most evilest/sadistic ever for their actions, but their deaths were just awesome though which I'm glad Queen Beryl died.
Commander Red/Mercenary Tao/Master Shin/Raditz/Frieza/Garlic Jr./Dr.Gero/Cell/Bibidi & Babidi/Dr.Myuu/General Rilldo/Baby/The Shadow Dragons(except for Nova Shenron)(Dragonball/Z/GT) - All of those villains are just plain evil/sadistic/ruthless & they are the greatest, except for Master Shin, Bibidi, Babidi, & Syn(Omega) Shenron that need to die a gruesome death.
Giovanni/Damien/Nastina/Dario/Butch & Kassidy/The Mayor of Trovitopolis/Prof.Sebastian & Tyson/Prof.Namba/Harley/Attila & Hun/Hunter J./Cyrus/Coco(Pokemon) - All of those villains are really evil/sadistic for their actions, but Giovanni, Butch & Kassidy, Prof.Sebastian/Tyson, Harley, Attila & Hun, Hunter J., & Cyrus are so the most awesome villains though:evil:.
Akashi/Gouki/Suzaku/Gonzou Tarakane/Dr.Ichigaki(Yu Yu Hakusho) - Those villains are just downright evil/cruel for what they did, but their just desserts were well-satisfying though.
Vance & Ikemen Mc.Madd/Doomsmane & Skulldozer/Buster Crab/Mr.Dispenser/Baron Maximillian(Ultimate Muscle:The Kinnikuman Legacy) - Those villains don't have any redeemable qualities which they're plain evil/dirty especially Vance & Ikemen that are the Muscle Family's rivals with a hatred for the Muscle Family with them plotting to get rid of poor Kid Muscle for good during the Chojin Crown arc.
The High Council(except for Lu)/Amick/Tony(Blue Gender) - Those villains were such evil heartless monsters which I love Tony while hating the High Council(except for Lu) & Amick which got me mad that Amick got away, but at least my Marlene beated her though, haha.
Capt.Axe-Hand Morgan/Capt.Kuro/Don Krieg/Arlong/Capt.Nezumi/King Wapol/Admiral Nelson/Bellamy/Donquixote Doflamingo/The World Government/Fleet Admiral Sengoku/Inspector Shepherd/Spandam/Spandine/Admiral Akainu/Doran/The Makuro Crew:Makuro,Galo,& Tansui/The Celestial Dragons:Saint Roswald,Saint Sharlia,& Saint Charloss/Peterman/Disco(One Piece) - All of those villains are downright disgusting/cruel/nasty for their actions as much as they need to die, except for Capt.Axe-Hand Morgan, King Wapol, Donquixote Doflamingo, Fleet Admiral Sengoku, Admiral Akainu, & the Makuro Crew:Makuro, Galo, & Tansui who I love that are great/awesome for being cruel/monstrous scumbags.
Girom & Rapunzel(MAR) - Ugh, they are just downright, bloodthirsty, sexist, psychopathic villainous siblings that just love to kill people for the fun of it, they make me sick, & their comeuppances were well-satisfying.
Grand Fisher/Central 46/Sousuke Aizen/Jin Kariya/Komui/Kouga(Bleach) - They're the greatest most evilest villains for their megalomanical actions with no redeemable qualities especially Aizen with no care for his Arrancar followers while kidnapping Orihime to be mentally tortured, & I'm glad Central 46/Komui died since I hated them.
Nene/Zola's Killer Bat/Rudolph/Schmit(Blue Dragon/Tenkai no Shichi Ryuu) - Those villains are fantastic, but are so the most evilest/ruthless/sadistic for their actions on spreading chaos throughout the world.
