well anyways, I think what your trying to say is that refreshing the account won't do anything, which is correct. If your account does not have MMS on it then there is nothing to refresh and the account is actually behaving correctly. You need to get care to add MMS, and then refresh the account. ask them to delete the MMS and readd it if it doesn't work right too, because there is a code for MMS receive as well that does not include sending. I had that on my demo account for the first 6 months i had it before i finally got someone to figure out whay was going on and fix it.
