Do you mean all those Korean war protesters wearing bobby socks, high water jeans and letter jackets in the 50's or the ones that were protesting WW II or WW I with their hair full of pomade?

Yes, though there was some Congressional protesting of the Civil War. I won't tell you which partys because you wouldn't believe me.

No there was the American Civil War was pretty big on Anti-War protest.

If you count what other countries think then it would have to Iraq.
