The Nokia 6265i supports RTSP streaming, so it is possible at least on that hanRABet.

It's only a matter of time before someone figures out how to homebrew proxy serve this feature...

Trying to hack RTSP on the Nokia 6265i as I type this. I'm trying to configure the Helix Server to do RSTP from my home machine:

Configuration seems pretty straightforward, but I haven't had any success serving any files yet (some example JPEG's that came default with WindowsXP).

My next step is to find the RTSP settings in the 6265i itself. Some more forum crawling and Googling and I'll be on my way!

UPDATE: No luck so far, but you can enter RTSP URL's directly in the 6265i's Media Player. I don't think the settings really need any messing with.
