eMule part file access module for VideoLAN v0.6.2

The purpose of this access module is to provide VideoLAN (v0.6.2) a media stream out of an eMule part file.

Videolan is excellent because it can open almost any unfinished d/l including .BIN's!! after a certain amount has donloaded! And it doe'snt have to make a huge back-up! it just puts together what it can from the file!!
Its well worth using!
