Video Stops Displaying After Playing Game?

I was playing Fallout 3 on my PC when about 10 - 15 min in the video would go away but the sound would keep playing or freeze the only why that I can get my PC back is to hold the power button and restart the computer. On a related note when ever I first turn on my PC in the morning and watch youtube video the Screen and sound freeze then when I restart the computer it works the whole day fine. This has been happening for a while. When it say no input that is new. The freezeing during game play has only happened after I updates my drives for my video card. I was woundering how I could install the old driver if possible. I is makeing me mad because my computer is not even a year old. This also happened when I reinstalled Vista and then again when I upgraded to Windows 7.
