Video playback problems

Whenever I try to send a video to a friend who also has AT&T he can not view the video but he can hear the audio. He says that it just shows as a black square. I can see videos from him fine and just as an experiment I forwarded a video to him that he had sent to me and he was able to see it.

I contacted AT&T but they were no help at all. I have an LG Shine but I don't know what kind of phone he has. I don't know if the problem is in the way I'm sending the video or if it's a problem on his end.

Any suggestions?
 
His phone might have a lower size limitation than yours. Your phone can handle a 600 kilobyte file. Try sending a shorter recording or lower resolution.
