There's a game I remember seeing commercials for online. It seems very similar to Bioshock, except you're on an island and a lot of the mechanics seemed to be based around time manipulation. For instance, they show your guy holding a crushed barrel and then you proceed to turn it into a normal barrel. Also, you seem to switch time periods... going from a desolate island instantly to an island controlled by soviets in the blink of an eye.
