Now if i become a beta tester for a specific company do they continually give me new games to beta test and give me the deadlines or would i have time off and choose which video games to beta test or when i choose to start on a new one right after i finish one. Also when beta testing do they normally tell you which content to test, because i love rpg's and will love them till i die and i have been playing them for years and i know that most of them are long so would i necessarily have to finish the whole game and even though every company is different, wouldn't they obviously try and give more time to test games that are longer than others?

You'd most likely have deadlines, video game makers are big corporate things. and they'd tell you what you'd have to 'test' (I say test in inverted commas because it's more like recreation 
)...so yeah. They probably ask the programmers for an estimated time it takes to complete the game, so then they could give you an amount of time... yeah.
