vibration at idle 2000 honda accord?

so i have a 2000 honda accord lx, vtech 2.4 liter, 5 speed manual, 130,000 miles. it has this strange vibration at idle, but only once it is warmed up and the idle rpms drop to under 1000. if i lightly touch the gas to bring the rpms up to 1000-1100 the vibration goes away. the vibration gets worse if i put any electrical things on (headlights, open/close a window, lock the doors with the power locks, etc) the problem has gotten worse in general just today (more vibration than before with all accessories turned off and even more with stuff turned on) and im starting to feel it more in the floor around the driver and passenger seat. i'm suspicious of the engine mounts due to the fact that the front one looks like its starting to degrade. i kno that this could very well be the problem, but does anyone else have alternative ideas?
