Vibrant Brightness on Internet Browser

Can anyone tell me how to get my Internet Browswer brightness higher? I love the SuperAMOLED screen on this device BUT when im surfing the web the brightness level isnt as high as say for ex: the evo. And I always make sure to have it turned all the way up under settings on the web browser. Im thinking the phone was just designed this way to save battery is this true? i hope not because the screen looks nice and bright when im playing games or just messing around on my phone. Except when im online.

In your browser, hit the menu key, select more, scroll down and you will see brightness settings.

yep tried that already turned up all the way still not as bright as other phones when surfind the web. its almost like every color is "vibrant" on this phone except White.

you could try, phone settings>sound and display>and untick power saving mode. this automatically adjust screen display brightness based on analyzing screen images.

yea I tried that before but I just noticed mine was still checked thanks. I will try unchecking it and see what happens...One more thing. Is this Tyler from Brooklyn???
