VHS to DVD ?

When you got your first DVD player, which was the first film you bought on DVD to replace your VHS copy ?
Mine was JAWS

My first DVD was Jaws too, I think it was one of those early films which were high on the Special Features front.

I think it might have been The Stepford Wives - the original, not Frank Oz's monstrosity. I already had a copy of the Anchor Bay VHS version, but couldn't watch it as it had been telecined/whatever at the wrong speed and had that awful NTSC effect to it. I still had a video copy from Channel 4 back in 1993, which was obviously 4:3 - the film was only shot 1.85:1, but there's still a surprising amount of important picture detail revealed in widescreen.
