Very strange speak problem in car audio system.
Current setup: Factory stereo+after market amp+ after market sub (installed by previous car owner)
What’s happening:
1. Most of the time, speakers are not balanced, Even if I move the “balance” all the way to the left, no sound come out from driver side. Occasionally it will fixed by itself for 30 seconds and then it go back to the old unbalanced status again.
2. Very often, there is hissing sound (like someone blow light whistle) coming out from the speaker on the passenger side (front) speaker ONLY whenever I pressed on gas. And sometimes ROLL DOWN THE WINDOWS on the passenger side for 10 seconds will fix this issue and sometimes not. Also sometimes turn off the stereo for few seconds and turn it back on will also take care of it.
What have I tried:
1. replace entire stereo/CD deck (does not take care of either issue)
What could be wrong? The wire or the amp? Or the speaker itself?

#2. removed power cable from the amp. fixed the "2nd issue" (No more whistle sound) but 1st issue continues (still not balanced)
