very strange iphone 3g problem, stuck at apple logo after screen repair

Phone is working now, it is proximity flex problem. Thank you. Question again, is it possible that I damage the proximity/earpiece flex cable myself? I removed it very slowly and I don't see how I damaged it myself. Also, for some reason, the vibrate feature is not working after I changed the entire front digitizer/proximity flex/top lcd frame. It vibrated a few times but it sounds like it was hitting the lcd back frame. Then I lifted up the top digitizer frame and put it back on, and now the phone doesn't vibrate anymore. Any suggestion?
 
That means the iPhone got smash ~ (pretty well)
no wonder else parts then digitizer are not functional properly
just wait what happent next? (what got broke next)

Check is Mainboard bent? (if it is You can expect enything .....)

I'm glad you tried my suggestion and removed connector 3 when flashing the phone.

Have you plugged connector 3 back in to check if the earspeaker and prox sensor are working?

It's not always that the ribbon is faulty, sometimes when reconnecting the ribbon it's possible to cross two of the tiny contacts inside the board connection resulting in the phone not turning on or getting stuck at the Apple logo.


The Vibrator
With the phone turned on remove the top chassis ( Lcd and digitizer ). Now toggle the mute button to see if the vibrator moves at all.....carefully move it around a bit to be sure it's not hitting the board as this will cause it to jam and not vibrate.

If this doesn't work undo the two screws holding the vibrator motor in place ( you do not need to remove the board ) . Remove the motor and make sure the two contacts, either springs or copper arms are positioned correctly to ttouch the contacts on the board.

If they are put the motor back and toggle the switch a few times before using the securing screws to make sure you aline it correctly.

I have a 2g ,stucks on Apple Logo , phone has not been opened , phone flashes perfectly , i have flashed V3.1.2 and V3.1.3 firmware , still same problem , at 1 stage phone worked for a few days , then got stuck again on apple logo during bootup , any suggestions would be appreciated
