I'm an HTML novice but I usually get by. This website screenshot below shows the exact problem area. When I increase the height to say 600 lol, it works, I just need to decrease it to kill some of the white space up top.

This was written a long time ago by a friend, I haven't messed with CSS yet.
I copied all the code from the page and posted it as a text file. The thing here is to get it working/looking good enough for now as we have a tight schedule.
