I'm 21 years old and its been hurting for over a week now. I don't remember when it started but it hurt a little at first and then gradually started to be more painful. I started sleeping on my back because I thought it was from sleeping on my stomach but that didn't really help. Then yesterday it was almost completely gone and when I woke up this morning it hurts again and I bent down to tie my shoe and felt a really sharp stabbing pain in my lower back and in the tops of my legs and it hurt so bad I had to crawl to the couch. Also, my period is really late but I'm definitely not pregnant.
