whenever i do something physical like running or other activities sometimes i lose all my energy very fast, sweating like crazy even if im lying down on the floor, feel like im gonna puke and faint. it mostly happens when i take a break after the activity.
i was training 3 days a week and i knew my limits until now. now im afraid to train because even if im very ready and active i can get to this condition which messes me up. been to my gp, they took my blood but didnt find anything unusual. so now i dont know what to do and how to avoid this.

today i was doing time based exercises in an open day of a public service to see if i could get in to the job. the exercises were very easy compared to what i do when im training in the gym but after some activities i thought im gonna give up because i could barely stand, LUCKILY it passed in a few minutes and i could continue. when it finished i was going to the changing room and it started again and passed after about 10minutes.

by the way, i can get this condition even if im doing very light exercises, but if it happens its always when im exercising.

You may be suffering from hypoglycemia.

If you eat carbohydrates AND protein you will not have the lows as often. Protein helps to maintain the blood sugar longer. During exercise your body is using more fuel than at rest. Try eating small frequent meals of protein & carbs and see if that helps.

High carb meals will spike and drop like a hot potato. Need protein to stabilize it.

How long after meals do you exercise?

thanks for the reply :) ill try it.
well i always try to have a light meal before training and in about 1 or 2 hours i get into the gym , i mostly train for one hour. but like i said, i knew my limits, and now i can feel weak after a simple warm up.

i saw somewhere that only diabetics suffer from hypoglycemia, is that true?
