I saw 'Hostel 2' a few days ago at the cinema, but I'm utterly baffled by this supposed "screenshot" that I don't recall seeing at all:-

Hmmm, i watched this few nights back, and i cant rem this, although there were alot of quick looks at various torture/murders that it could be in there.

It may just be a publicity shot or perhaps it is some sort of deleated scene?

The character in the photo seems to be Todd who we know attacks Whitney.

It may have been grabbed from the workprint copy that was doing the rounRAB on the net before film was released at cinema.
