Very insignificant N73 T9 text questions

Hello,

Im after a phone that is comparable to the W810i in terms of texting ability and so i would like to ask tehfollowing questions :

1. Can you type a word (lets say gone) then type some otehr words, then go back to gone adn WITHOUT deleting it, change it to a word that uses the same keys (lets say hopme) ?? Or do you need to delete it and retype it?

2. How quick is it to get into typing a new text message?? Can yo assign a shortcut button?

3. Does teh T9 dictionary remember the word i nthe list you use teh most. Again if i tyoe 'gone' more than 'home' will gone come up first or will home always come up first no matter what. Same applies for words i enter. My name is Leigh and i get fed up with typing 'Leggi' then have to change it to Leigh every time after adding it to the dictionary.

4. When i want to send the text to someone do i need to bring up the list of contacts each time, or is there a list of recently sent people i can chose from/
Ta for any help in my extremely petty questions.

S40 Nokias always had the "recently used" which is quite nice actually and yes you can assign a specific key to create a new message with one button.

....and Damn if you arent going to frustrate the hell out of your T9 if you slam typos like that into it

1. Yes. Once the cursor is just next to the word, it will underline and then you can press the star key to cycle through the choices.
2. Yes, even on the new s60 phones you can.
3. No. At least for the s60, AFAIK, it still gives the same one and you have to change it. Correct me someone if I am wrong.
4. No. At least for the s60, AFAIK, you have to open contacts and select recipient(s). Correct me someone if I am wrong. But I do not find it a problem. For frequent contacts, I use teams/groups to send sms.

Cheers for the replies lads.

Yes i know i made some spelling mistakes, but i was in a rush. And i always type THE as TEH for some reason.

Anyhoo. Im glad the first option is available, that is my biggest gripe with the D900.

Wirelessly posted (Series 60: Mozilla/5.0 (SymbianOS/9.1; U; en-us) AppleWebKit/413 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/413)

I've used mainly s60 and SE phones over the last several years, and i think s60 blows any other phone i've used out of the water for text messaging (including blackberry and windows mobile)
