The black man




A black man is coming out of a night club. He is blind and he is carrying a walking stick with him to help him find his way. He has got black hair and he is wearing a black hat, black glasses, a black jumper and a black jacket, black trousers, black socks and black shoes. He is also wearing black gloves and he has not got any teeth.

He climbs down the stairs outside the night club and starts walking along a very narrow street , using his walking stick. He wants to go home.

The neon-sign of the night club is off. The lights of the lamp-posts are off, too. The sky is cloudy and there are no stars or moon.

Suddenly, from the other side of the street there is a black BMW running at high speed. The headlights of the BMW are off, too! The BMW keeps running so fast and the black man is in danger! Suddenly, just 3 metres from the poor blind black man the BMW stops!

HOW DID THE DRIVER OF THE BMW MANAGE TO SEE THE BLACK MAN??

I still haven't Figured out the answer Help pl0x??
 
The walking stick is likely to have a white tip, and the glasses may be reflective too--but with no light that's probably not the answer. I think the answer is that the driver was on the other side of the street, and so he didn't need to stop to avoid hitting him. He saw him and the street was narrow, so when he did stop, he ended up three meters from him.
 
"The sky is cloudy and there are no stars or moon" and "The headlights of the BMW are off, too" those are the clues that tell that the event takes place at daytime. At daytime, there are no stars and cars don't have headlights turned on, so, I think that's it...Hope I helped! =D
