I didn't do my Vermouth research before making a purchase. I'm going to cook some fish a caught this weekend, but all the recipes that i can find are for "Dry" vermouth, and i have purchased "Sweet" vermouth. Should i go back to the liquor store? should i just use it as a white wine substitute? Do you know of any sweet vermouth recipes? Help!
