Verizon has launched its very own femtocell, the Network Extender. The Network Extender connects to one's broadband internet connection and acts as a mini cell tower right in the home. There are no monthly fees like there is with Sprint's AIRAVE, but the extender will cost you $249.99. The downside is that this can only be used with the Verizon Wireless Enhanced Services coverage area and you will not find any support for EV-DO data speeds nor Location Based Services such as VZ Navigator and Chaperone. You can order this online or by phone which is readily available.
