verizon wirleless phonee?

the new verizon wireless website format thing confuses me...
now there are only feature phones and smart phones.
in the feature phones section, they have multiple certified preowned phones, and the one i want, (not pre owned) the LG cosmos.
i cant tell if id have to buy internet or not.
