what is the policy for verizon wireless? I am having troubles with my omnia and verizon told me if this new battery coming doesn't fix it they will send me a new phone. I was wondering if this new phone is going to be a refurbished omnia or a omnia 2. as far as i can tell they don't sell omnias anymore and only omnia 2's.
