Verizon Wireless Users: My phone keeps turning off on it's own?

I've had my LG EnV2 since November and until NOW it's acting up. Recently, certain buttons only work whenever I press them multiple times at once. Also, just now, it started turning on and off on it's own. And it's been freezing. What is wrong with it? Why is it doing this? Please help!
ALSO! I have insurance on my phone, will they charge me if I bring this one in and ask for a new one?
 
With the phone on, try pulling the battery out and letting it sit for 30 seconds or so. If that doesnt help anything, try calling *22899 and wait until the phone hangs up on itself. That should reset your phone and hopefully fix the problem.

If none of those work, then i would take it into the store. It may be covered by the manufacturers one year warranty.

And if you go the insurance route, which you can do because the buttons are broken, they will charge you a $50 deductible and mail you a new one in 1-4 weeks.
