My upgrade is only 2 months away.. I have a storm 2, and i am absolutely sick of it.. and i havent even had it for a year. the phone is nothing but garbage.. its slow, and it freezes on me constantly, daily, and takes more than 5 minutes just to reboot it. i do not want them to send me another storm 2.. i dont want it. id rather just make the upgrade to a droid 2 or X. either or i dont care. but i am not about to pay full retail price when im only 2 months away. i went into a verizon store and they told me i had to wait. if i call corporate and tell them my problem, and gave them a scenario, "what if i had to call 911 and this crap happened? i would be completely screwed!" will they give me the free upgrade or tell me im shit out of luck?
