Verizon Wireless Stores to open at 6AM

On the launch day of the Motorola Droid, which is November 6, all corporate Verizon Wireless stores will be extending their hours.

They will open at 6AM and guess what, they'll be open until midnight. I'm not sure if they'll have enough of the phone to go around, but Verizon execs promise they have an abundant supply of the phone.

Also, Verizon Wireless will be launching another Droid the very same day, the HTC Droid Eris.

For a company who was once anti-droid and anti google they sure seemed to have stepped up their game! According to the Verizon higher ups, they also have an intent to launch 3 more droid devices by the end of the year.
 
The VZW corporate store in Frisco Texas will be releasing both Droids at Midnight. They will reopen their doors at 11 pm on November 5th so they can start handing out numbers. They will also be doing a drawing to give away 3 FREE droids. Once its midnight they will start selling out droids. They will be getting additional inventory since they are a location offering the midnight release.
