I need some help with my crappy phone from Verizon Wireless. This phone is getting progressively worse. I got it not even 6 months ago and the battery does not stay charged, the phone does not dial out, it rarely sends text messeges, and rarely recieves any of the above. I know that I am in a service area because my wife's verizon phone and everyone else around me's verizons phones always work fine. It usually even hows full bar signal. Is there any chance that verizon will replace my phone?
