Verizon wireless phone switch question !!?

Yup. I've actually done this with a friend and my father has done it with his girlfriend. It works perfectly fine if you deactivate her phone, deactivate your phone, then activate her new one, and activate her old one. Sounds confusing, but its easier than it sounds!

Kay, I want a new Phone but I'm not eligible. But my mom is. I'm planning on getting the enV3 at costco. I asked them if they can transfer eligibility and they said no. So my question is, can my mom just upgrade to enV3 then reactivate her old phone online so I can activate the enV3 on my line??
