Verizon wireless phone help: Glyde Refresh question?

Yours to Hold

I'm getting a new phone and so many people say the Glyde is horrible but I like that it has a keyboard and isn't all touchscreen. Is the new Refresh (BI29) version really better, or does the screen eventually go bad just like the last model? All of the reviews about the newer model seem to be for people who just recently got it and I want to know how well it is over time.

I'm really liking the Dare also but I would still like to have a phone with a keyboard. The Voyager is just too big for me.

If you could help me that would be great.
