I recently ordered a pantech phone for my daughter using the "new every two program" online. I then decided it was to flashy for her and drove to a nearby verizon agent and i had to pay a restocking fee and extra money for a different phone. She has had her new phone activated for about 3 weeks. The original pantech phone was never activated. I have been checking my account online every couple days and it still says i can use my "new every two" to upgrade? Is this a glitch in their system to where they never realized that i already ordered one? Can i still order another? I would also like to ask...When i used my new every two program", 2 months early from the orginal 2 years....do i still get the full discount as if i waited the full 2 years?
