Hey there, I'm installing the Verizon Wireless internet device and application onto my new computer, and when it gets to the point where I need to plug in my device, it doesn't seem to recognize it. A little box does NOT come up saying that my device is not recognized, but I wait after I plug the device in and the setup does nothing. I've installed Verizon Wireless before on my other two computers, but this time we've upgraded our devices but we only have the old CD (because the device will upgrade the program on its own when everything has already been downloaded). I was wondering if there was anything I could do to fix this problem, and if the problem comes from the fact that the CD is older than the modem, so the CD/installation would not recognize the device? Anything that could help me with this problem would be lovely. Thank you!
