Verizon Wireless Cell Phones?

I have a Blitz, messaging phone.

i noticed when i got mine,
the sound quality was horrible, and the camera is like 1.5 mega pixels.

i figured this would , you know get better, it did not.

is there anyway they can give me a new phone without having to pay
lots and lots of money?
