Verizon Wireless Cell Phones....Please Help =)?

On verizonwireless.com what do i need to do to switch from one phone to another?
Oh yeah and dont answer the question if you dont freakin no that is soooo annoying....and i dont want a new phone i just want to switch back to my old one..so yeah how do i do that on verizonwireless.com...because people keep saying i can do it on there so yeah....and please dont answer if you dont no...thanks
 
well first you have to have a reason (e.g: phone broke when dropped it or stopped working out of the blue)

and you also have to see if your contract on your phone is up so you can get a new one.
