Verizon trouble with Grabit

I set everything up the way the Grabit guide says, but when i refresh the list i get a communications error, anyone any ideaS?

Well for the files that you will be looking for verizon will not have them.
I have fois and I went with giganews.
And It works great.

Yeah, I have Verizon, and I can hardly download anything. So in other words, don't bother. Go with something like Giganews.

It seems like you can grab something in the first 7 days with Fios. I tried it a few times, but I also went with Giganews.
